주식회사 지셈솔루션은 구강악안면외과·성형외과·신경외과·치과 교정 분야에서 사용되는 티타늄 소재 골 고정용 플레이트와 스크류, 교정용 앵커리지 스크류를 설계하고 제조하는 의료기기 기업입니다. 2010년 ㈜지셈코리아에서 시작한 골절합용 판·나사 국산화 경험을 이어받아 2021년 설립되었으며, 서울 구로 사업장에서 지셈코리아와 함께 설계, CNC 정밀 가공, 세척, 품질검사, 포장까지 전 공정을 인하우스로 운영합니다. 국내 종합병원과 병·의원에 공급하고 일본·베트남·태국 등 해외 파트너에 수출합니다.
GSSEM Solution designs and manufactures titanium bone-fixation plates and screws and orthodontic anchorage screws used in oral and maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery, neurosurgery and orthodontics. Founded in 2021 on the localization experience GSSEM Korea built since 2010, we run design, CNC machining, cleaning, inspection and packaging in-house at our Seoul site together with GSSEM Korea. We supply hospitals and clinics in Korea and export to partners in Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and beyond.

GS I~IV 네 가지 헤드 타입, 직경 1.2~2.2 mm, 길이 6~12 mm. 둥근 육각 헤드와 자가 탭핑 나사산으로 쉽게 식립하고 단단히 고정합니다. 앵커 플레이트(직선·90°·145°)와 오거나이저 키트를 함께 구성합니다.Four head types GS I–IV, Ø1.2–2.2 mm, 6–12 mm lengths.
