1. Preparation before use 사용 전 준비사항

1. To minimize unnecessary damages, be aware of anatomical structure around surgical places.해부학적 구조물 주변의 불필요한 손상을 최소화하도록 주의한다.
2. Standard autoclave sterilization method should be used for the fixation plates.고정판은 표준 고압증기 멸균법(Autoclave)을 사용해야 한다.
3. Standard autoclave sterilization method should be used for the instrument.기구는 표준 고압증기 멸균법(Autoclave)을 사용해야 한다.
4. For stable surgery, products should be used only once.안정적인 수술을 위해 제품은 한 번만 사용해야 한다.
5. Standard autoclave sterilization should be performed at 121 ℃ for the time specified by the manufacturer (15 to 30 minutes).표준 고압증기 멸균은 121 ℃에서 제조자가 정한 시간(15~30분) 동안 수행한다.

2. Recommendations for use 권장 사용방법

1. The operation should be performed by professional doctors who know the using method exactly.사용법을 정확히 숙지한 전문가에 의해 시술해야 한다.
2. Check the flaw or damages of the product's exterior before using it.사용 전에 제품 외관의 결함이나 손상 여부를 확인해야 한다.
3. Products should be used only once. Do not try to modify the position after fixing the screws.제품은 한 번만 사용해야 한다. 나사를 고정한 후 위치를 수정하려고 시도하지 않는다.
4. To avoid breaking the product when fixing screws, do not push them too hard.나사를 고정할 때 파손을 방지하기 위해 너무 세게 밀어 넣지 않는다.
5. Tiny fractures may occur if the screws are tightened too much.나사를 너무 세게 조이면 미세한 골절이 발생할 수 있다.
6. The area around the screws should be cleaned.나사 주변을 깨끗하게 청소해야 한다.
7. The products should not be used on patients with weak bony tissue or diabetes.골 조직이 약하거나 당뇨병이 있는 환자에게 사용해서는 안 된다.
8. As non-sterile products, plates and screws must be sterilized before use.비멸균 제품이므로 판과 나사는 사용 전에 멸균해야 한다.

3. Purpose 목적

1. To be used as a fixation point at the jawbone or periodontal tissue.턱뼈나 치주 조직의 고정점으로 사용하기 위함이다.

4. Usage 사용 방법

1. Decide the fixing place.고정할 부위를 결정한다.
2. Temporarily clear the bone at the fixation place.고정 부위의 뼈를 일시적으로 깨끗하게 만든다.
3. Place the fixation plate on the fracture using surgical instruments.외과용 기구를 사용하여 골절 부위에 고정판을 위치시킨다.
4. Fix screws to the jawbone or periodontal tissue vertically.나사를 턱뼈나 치주 조직에 수직으로 고정한다.
5. On the plate, fix screws horizontally.판 위에는 나사를 수평으로 고정한다.

5. Storage and maintenance after use 사용 후 보관 및 유지 관리

1. DO NOT REUSE implants.임플란트를 재사용하지 않는다.
2. Unused products should be stored according to the storage rules.사용하지 않은 제품은 보관 규정에 따라 보관해야 한다.

2. Standard autoclave sterilization method should be used for the Oral & Maxillofacial Fixation Screw.구강악안면 고정용 나사는 표준 고압증기 멸균법을 사용해야 한다.
3. Standard autoclave sterilization method should be used for the instrument.기구는 표준 고압증기 멸균법(Autoclave)을 사용해야 한다.
4. Standard autoclave sterilization should be performed at 121 ℃ for at least 15 minutes.표준 고압증기 멸균법(Autoclave)을 121 ℃에서 15분 이상 수행한다.
5. For stable surgery, products should be used only once.안정적인 수술을 위해 제품은 한 번만 사용해야 한다.

3. Purpose 목적

2. Check the bone tissue of the fixing place and position the oral and maxillofacial device.고정 부위의 골 조직을 확인하고 구강악안면 고정 장치를 위치시킨다.
3. Mark the fixing place.고정 부위를 표시한다.
4. Insert the screws into the jawbone or periodontal tissue vertically.나사를 턱뼈나 치주 조직에 수직으로 삽입한다.
